When and where does the Council meet?

Meetings are usually 7.30pm on the 2nd Thursday of every month (except August when there is no meeting) at the Village Hall unless otherwise stated on the agenda.
The meetings are open to the public and there are opportunities to raise questions and issues both at the beginning of every meeting.
Before the meeting there will be a public session to enable the electorate of Sherston to ask questions, and make comments, regarding the Parish Council. Members of the Public are asked to restrict their comments, and/or questions to three minutes. Questions not answered at this meeting will be answered in writing to the person asking the question or may appear as an agenda item for the next meeting.  The Public Gallery is limited to a 20 minute period during which members of the public can speak for a maximum of 3 minutes.  Once the meeting commences members of the public will not be permitted to speak unless the Chair invites and authorises it.   Members of the public are asked to email the pyrex@furefgba.bet.hx if they wish to speak with relevant details prior to the meeting a minimum of 48 hours before the meeting.

Please email pyrex@furefgba.bet.hx with any relevant information before the meeting.

Agendas for the meetings can be found on the Sherston Parish Council Noticeboard – adjacent to the old school entrance – and by using the links that follow.

The last 7 years of Agendas and Minutes are available on request via the parish clerk:
